- General Terms s.16: the customer gives Cohesity or its auditors reasonable access to personnel, records and deployment data during business hours on at least 15 days' written notice; non-compliance is cured by Order and fees, and if the shortfall exceeds 5% in aggregate the customer reimburses the actual audit cost.
