- Scope of SaaS Offerings: "“User” means a unique, actively-licensed individual user/subscriber for whom application data is backed up using the Cohesity Cloud Services Service Feature during a given billing period".
- Counting rules
- Per User usage is the highest number of Users concurrently consuming the Service during the measurement period (or the Subscription Period). Each User brings a data allowance that is pooled per Service Feature (M365 and Google Workspace 300 GB, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence 50 GB, Okta 500 MB when the SKU states none). Backing up groups, sites or teams requires every user with access to be a User. Users not backed up in the current period are Inactive Users.
