- MSA Exhibit B s.1.1 and s.1.2: MDR Services require a valid activated licence to a Bitdefender Solution and a valid MDR subscription; onboarding is complete only when the Bitdefender Solution is installed and enabled on all endpoints and emergency contacts, pre-approved actions and notifications are set. The MDR product page states that the service includes the GravityZone Business Security Enterprise platform.
