The warranty is a third-party service provided by Cysurance.

- Not available to MSPs or customers of MSPs; non-transferable. Included Warranty for MDR subscriptions under 1000 endpoints; MDR PLUS or MDR over 1000 endpoints are eligible for Warranty PLUS. Claims must be notified to Cysurance within 48 hours. The MDR product page describes coverage of up to $100,000 in response expenses for a ransomware event.
