- E365 Program Terms §8.1: if the Quarterly Usage Value at the Enterprise 365 Price List is below the Quarterly Floor in a Floor Period, the Quarterly Floor is charged. Acquisitions by either party may trigger renegotiation. (effective 2026-04-01)
