- On termination of the Agreement, all licences end and the customer must stop using and destroy affected Products, except licences granted on a perpetual basis under an Exhibit A, which survive only if the customer has not materially breached the Agreement. In practice the Azul Platform Core licence survives; the Azul Platform Prime licence does not. (Rev July-2025, effective 2025-07-01)
