- Avaya Global Software License Terms: RTUs may move between locations under the Software Global License Portability Policy. Transferring RTUs to another Affiliate requires written notice to Avaya with the new Affiliate's name and address; Avaya may quote additional fees, and the Affiliate must accept the Software License Terms and sign or extend a maintenance agreement for the RTUs.
