- GLP Policy: "This Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply to movement of Avaya software right to use license entitlements (“RTU”) by a Customer or an Authorized Channel Partner between Customer affiliates from one country to another or within a single country using the Product Licensing and Delivery System (“PLDS”)."
- Commercial rules
- International moves only for GLP-eligible releases (generally available November 2010 or newer); older releases move only within the purchase country or within the EU. Notify Avaya within 10 business days; reduce the source server quantity; support and subscription contracts are recast and fees may apply. Does not cover hardware moves or transfers to unaffiliated companies.

- Avaya software licences listed in Table 1 of the policy (Communication Manager 6.0+, Session Manager 6.0+, Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.0+ and others), perpetual or subscription.
