- Avaya Subscription Licensing Supplement (SLS): Avaya Subscription Licensing renews automatically at the end of the term unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date. To change the quantity or type of subscriptions for the renewal term the customer must notify Avaya at least 60 days in advance; otherwise all contracted subscriptions auto-renew.
