- Avaya Subscription Licensing Supplement (SLS): Perpetual licences converted with Investment Protection Program credits must be surrendered; once the subscription order is executed the customer is no longer licensed to use them, they are deleted from the Avaya end-user record and tangible editions must be returned or destroyed.
