- InfoScale (Foundation and Storage), Enterprise Vault and Backup Exec product use rights: with current maintenance, software may be installed on Cold DR equipment for up to 30 Testing Days of failover testing in 12 months and up to 90 consecutive days of non-concurrent production after a Disaster, on the same version; the right ends when support lapses.
