- InfoScale, Enterprise Vault and Backup Exec product use rights: with "a currently effective maintenance/support contract", the software may be installed on Cold Disaster Recovery Equipment for failover testing and disaster use.
- Commercial rules
- Up to 30 Testing Days in any 12 months of Failover Readiness Testing; up to 90 consecutive days of production after a Disaster, not concurrent with normal production; same version; ends if support lapses. A Testing Day is any 24-hour period or part of one.
