- Section 3(a): Maintenance renews for successive one-year periods unless the customer gives 90 days notice; the customer may not reduce the number of licences covered by Maintenance, although Aptean may in exceptional cases agree to decommission licences for a reduction fee. (effective 2023-03-03)
