- Master Solution Agreement section 9(a): on expiry of any term set in an Order Form, Maintenance Services, Hosting Services, SaaS Subscription and term licences automatically renew for successive one-year periods.

- Customer must give at least 90 days written notice before the end of the current term to prevent renewal. Aptean invoices annually in advance; renewal fees are due within 30 days of invoice or the day before the renewal date, whichever is sooner, and are non-refundable.
