- Software License Terms Exhibit section 1: "Maintenance Services" means the maintenance and support services provided to Customer by Licensor according to Licensor's maintenance and support policy for the applicable Software.

- Maintenance Releases are updates and version releases that Licensor generally makes available as part of Maintenance Services. Customer may not reduce the number of licences covered by Maintenance; early cancellation makes the remaining fees payable as liquidated damages. Maintenance may be provided only by Licensor, its Affiliates or approved Third Party Servicers.
