- Under the 2021 Software License Agreement, Lease Licenses are non-cancelable and renew automatically at the agreed renewal fees for a like term unless a party gives notice; the licensee is deemed to give notice if it issues no purchase order before expiry, and Ansys if it sends no renewal quotation. No refund is due if a Lease License is terminated early for non-payment.
