- Commercial rules
- TECS is included with Lease Licenses during their term and must be bought separately for Paid-up Licenses. Under the 2021 SLA, Lease Licenses are non-cancelable and renew automatically for a like term unless notice is given (no purchase order or no renewal quotation counts as notice); TECS on Paid-up Licenses also renews automatically at the prior rate plus an increase.
