- Part C s.1.1: the MSP licence covers opening Managed Customer accounts and giving access only as part of the MSP’s Managed Services, provided directly and not through sub-distributors, other partners or OEMs; the MSP adds, maintains and removes user accounts. Each Managed Customer must accept the 1Password Terms (s.1.8).
