- Cashbook and Ledger are low-cost plans a Partner buys for clients: Ledger is GBP 2.50 per month (UK, as at 2025-06-01); in Australia Ledger is AUD 7.00 and Cashbook AUD 16.50 per month (as at 2026-07-01). Businesses cannot subscribe to Cashbook themselves. Partner Edition subscriptions must sit on a different billing account from Business Edition subscriptions.
