- Subscription-based credits usable "across current and future Offers" (agents and platform Offers on the Rate Card), purchased on a Flex Credit Order Form or granted as Complimentary Flex Credits. Flex Credits are only available to UMSA customers (Platform Consumption Console documentation).
- Commercial rules
- Rate Card rates for generally available capabilities are locked for the Order Term. Additional Flex Credits may be bought at any time and prorated to the Order Form Subscription Period. Overages must be paid or use of all Offers stops. Unused credits expire; no rollover. Complimentary grants are not concurrent across Order Forms and may be modified or stopped at renewal of the underlying Order Form.
