- Flex Credits and Platform Entitlement Policy 2(b)-(d) (Last Updated 9 July 2026): "Except as otherwise specified by Workday, all Production API Requests will be counted towards Customer's entitlement limit." Excluded: Workday-built agents on the Rate Card; Workday pre-built, non-custom, unmodified integrations (including Core Connectors); Built on Workday applications; Workday Everywhere. Modified Workday integrations and non-Workday integrations count. Baseline annual API Requests: <3.5k Employees 2.5M; 3.5k-9,999 3.5M; 10k-29,999 4.5M; 30k-99,999 6.0M; >=100k 6.5M, plus SKU uplifts. Excess API Requests are covered by unused Flex Credits or require additional Flex Credits.
