- Policy definition: "Flex Credits: Subscription-based credits." "Customers may use Flex Credits across current and future Offers, subject to this Policy." Offers, usage metrics and rates are on the Rate Card.
- Counting rules
- When an action or event is complete for any Offer, the balance is reduced by the Rate Card amount. Non-Production testing and evaluation actions do not use Flex Credits. Credits expire at the end of the Subscription Period on the Flex Credit Order Form; no rollover. Overages must be paid.
- Floors / minimums
- Complimentary annual grant by Customer Segment: 15,000 (<3.5k Employees) to 200,000 (>=100k Employees) for HCM or FIN; 10,000 for Planning without HCM or FIN.
