- Except as otherwise specified by Workday, all Production API Requests will be counted towards Customer's entitlement limit. Requests made from the following sources are excluded from entitlement metering: 1. Workday-built agents described in the Rate Card 2. Workday pre-built, non-custom, unmodified integrations (including Core Connectors) 3. Built on Workday applications 4. Workday Everywhere (e.g. Teams & Slack usage)
