- TOPdesk USA On-Premises Terms §2.1: the customer receives a licence "to sublicense to install and use one copy of the Licensed Materials and use such Licensed Materials for the Licensed Software Use".
- Commercial rules
- One installed copy at the facility named on Exhibit 1, plus one back-up and archival copy (§2.1, §2.3). Hosting internally or by a Service Provider listed on Exhibit 1 that accepts the hosting restrictions (§2.1). Term starts the first day of the month after the effective date and auto-renews yearly (§5.1). Fees in U.S. Dollars; recurring fees may rise at most once a year with 30 days' notice (§6). Audit on five days' written notice (§9.4).
