- Renewals are priced at maintenance-based rates, which TechSmith commits to keep below the full subscription price until at least 2030, with annual increases (one effective 2026-06-11). Users can be added at maintenance-based pricing. The Legacy key unlocks all later versions while the subscription is active and is a Business License key. A lapse ends legacy pricing permanently; the model is not available to new customers. Legacy Camtasia licences did not receive the June 2026 addition of Snagit to Camtasia Business.
