- Commercial rules
- Renewal fees use the then-current price list less the original percentage discount (§4.2). Direct orders: fees calculated on an annual basis, due in advance; renewal orders due 5 days before expiry or a late order fee up to 10% applies (§12.2). Subscription Benefits require registration of each deployment in the SCC (§5.1). Support tier (for example Standard or Priority) is set by the Transaction Document and the Technical Support Handbook (§5.2).
