- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §7.1-§7.3: Evaluation Subscriptions are limited to sixty (60) days and Developer Subscriptions to one (1) year; neither may be used in a Production Environment or for commercial purposes (Developer: other than development and testing). Breach entitles SUSE to invoice the price of the equivalent Subscription for each deployment, payable within 30 days.
