- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §4.2: each Subscription automatically renews for successive terms equal to the original term unless either party gives written notice at least ninety (90) days before the next renewal term. Renewal fees are calculated from SUSE's then-current price list less the same percentage discount applied to the original Subscription. §4.3: the then-current Subscription Terms apply to each renewal or new purchase.
