- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §17: keep records during the term and for 2 years afterwards (Verification Period). If a verification reveals a shortfall in required Subscriptions, purchase them within 30 days at then-current full list price without discount, with late-payment interest at 8% per annum (or the lawful maximum) for the shortfall period. A shortfall of five per cent (5%) or more means you reimburse SUSE's reasonable verification costs.
