- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §9.2: unless integrated-use rights are acquired, each Subscription is solely for internal use and benefit, deployed only on infrastructure owned, leased or managed by you or on your behalf; you may not use it for the benefit of a third party, let a third party use it for its own benefit, or assign or transfer it. §11.2: a third-party provider of outsourced IT services may access and use the Subscriptions solely to perform its obligations to you, if bound by the Subscription Terms. §11.1: no resale or redistribution.
