- Credits Accounts documentation: Trial accounts give full feature access for 30 days with a 1 GB/day credit allocation, 30-day retention and up to 20 users; when the trial ends the account converts to Free.
- Commercial rules
- Free credits accounts: no ingestion, 7-day log retention, three users; deleted after 90 days if not upgraded. Free Flex accounts get 1.25 credits a day. Unpaid trials may be terminated at any time (Service Agreement s.5.1).
