Sumo Logic sells an Essentials plan and an Enterprise Suite, both with unlimited users; a free trial is available.[1]
Licensing uses Sumo Credits: Essentials is licensed under Sumo Credit – Tiers, while the Enterprise Suite can use Sumo Credit – Tiers or Sumo Credit Flex.[2]
Enterprise Suite log ingest can be bought in Continuous, Frequent or Infrequent tiers, or as Flex with search billed separately; Essentials uses the Continuous tier.[3]
The published price per GB assumes an annual Essentials commitment, an average of 1 GB of log ingest per day and a US deployment region; prices vary by deployment region.[4]
Activated product variables are confirmed on the Order Form, and variables not activated at first can be added later through an upgrade transaction subject to minimum transaction requirements.[5]
