- Terms of Sale: if the Product is offered on a subscription basis, the purchase enables Splashtop "to charge your account automatically for subsequent renewal periods" until the customer cancels the automatic payment feature.
- Commercial rules
- Renewal fees may change at Splashtop's discretion; fee increases are notified in advance and apply at the next renewal if the customer does not cancel (ToS s.9). Sales-led subscriptions need written non-renewal notice 30 days before renewal, and quantity reductions must also be requested 30 days ahead, otherwise quantities renew unchanged.
