Splashtop makes remote access, remote support and endpoint management software. It sells annual subscriptions priced per user or per concurrent technician, with enterprise and on-premises options quoted on request.

  1. Remote access plans are Solo (individual users), Pro and Performance (priced per user per month, billed annually) and Enterprise (custom licensing and pricing).[1]

  2. The Pro plan allows up to 3 users to connect to one computer.[2]

  3. Remote Support SOS is licensed per concurrent user and billed annually.[3]

  4. Remote support user licences come with 10 or 300 managed computers per licence, and additional licences add managed computers up to 1,200.[4]

  5. On-premises options are available for Splashtop Enterprise and Remote Support.[5]
