- Agreement made with SonarSource Sàrl, a Swiss company; together with the Supplemental Terms, Annexes and the Order it forms the Agreement. Effective on the earliest of clicking to accept, signing, entering into an Order that references it, or first use.
- Commercial rules
- Supplemental Terms control for the Products they govern; customer purchase-order terms are void. SonarSource may modify the Agreement on 30 days' notice; continued use is acceptance. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (3x for confidentiality and security breaches). Arbitration seat depends on the customer's domicile (Wilmington, Singapore or Geneva).
