- Primary Customer Agreement s.3.5(a): "“Billable Unit” means the unit of usage by which a metered Product is measured, as defined in the applicable Supplemental Terms or, where the Supplemental Terms do not define it, in the Order".
- Counting rules
- Usage is measured per Measurement Period (one calendar month unless the Supplemental Terms or the Order say otherwise) against the Usage Allowance on the Order; SonarSource's measurement as recorded by the Product is conclusive absent manifest error. Unused units do not roll over.

- Base fees in advance; Overage Charges in arrears at the Order rate or the rate accepted in the Product.
