- PCA s.2.1: SonarSource grants the Customer and its Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the SaaS Products and licence to deploy the Self-Managed Products specified in the Order. Affiliates are entities controlling, controlled by or under common control (more than 50% voting equity).
