- Under the Legacy Events terms, if the number of attendees is exceeded RingCentral may upgrade the subscription plan for the rest of the term and charge Upgrade Fees, due within 14 days of invoice. Pro, Pro+ and Enterprise terms provide that a failed payment method downgrades the account to a free trial if not cured within 7 days.
