- Acceptable Use Policy: the customer may cancel services purchased under the agreement with written notice within 30 days of the date the purchase becomes effective.
- Commercial rules
- On timely cancellation no fees are owed for periods after the notice other than continued usage, and a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees is due. All purchases are final after 30 days. The RingCentral Events terms exclude this cancellation period.
