- Commercial rules
- Redgate emails an annual True Up request; the customer reports within 10 days of the end of the Subscription Period. A higher tier is invoiced from the next Renewal Period for 12-month terms, or as the fee difference for the rest of a multi-year term. Redgate may suspend or terminate the licence until the True Up is received.
