- Commercial rules
- Without a Support Package there is no entitlement to support, updates, upgrades or new releases (§5.4). The package renews automatically for 12 months unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice (§7.2). If it lapses, the licence remains but the product stays at its version (How Redgate tools are licensed).
