- Overage Terms s1: when Customer exceeds its purchased Usage Metric volumes set forth in the Order Form, any volumes used above that limit are considered overages.

- Volumes above purchased Usage Metric volumes are overages priced per the Order Form or Qualtrics overage pricing at the time; billed monthly in arrears; unit price rises each year after the initial term in line with the underlying Usage Metric price.
