- Usage Metric Definitions s3: "Response" means a completed or partially-completed response to any survey that is collected into the Cloud Service, with two exclusions (partial responses the Customer chooses not to record, and pre-existing survey responses imported during the first six months of the first period of the Subscription Term).
- Counting rules
- Each recorded survey response counts once; each minute of any video-feedback response, or any video-feedback response of less than one minute, counts as an additional Response. Qualtrics provides functionality to decide whether partially-completed responses are recorded.
