- OpenEdge EULA s.3.4.7: a Disaster Recovery License "will only be used by you for the sole purpose of application recovery in the event a system fails or crashes or the Product or database files become corrupt."
- Commercial rules
- Use for up to 90 days (D/R Deployment Period), with written notice to Progress within five business days of the start. Same quantity limits and licence model as the production licence. No DR licence is needed to switch to a secondary Server when the primary is permanently disabled.
