- Chef EULA s.3.5.2: customers may "obtain separate support by a third party for all or some of your licensed Product(s) excluding any Hosted Services (“Administered License Units”)."

- Customers must report their customer ID, the third-party provider and the number of Administered License Units for the prior month by the 10th of each month. The License Term is independent of the third-party support term.
