- General Terms s.1.5 and s.12: an Evaluation is the period during which an Offering is available free of charge for evaluation, trial, proof of concept or similar purpose.

- Evaluations last 30 days unless Omnissa specifies otherwise in writing; no access to Evaluation data afterwards; as is, without support or warranty; liability capped at USD 5,000. UEM Software evaluations are limited to 30 days (Product Guide s.2.2).
