- Seats are sold in groups (buckets) per product: a minimum of 3 seats, then multiples of 5; each product in a bundle may have a different plan and seat count but all share one billing cycle.
- Commercial rules
- Checkout cannot select fewer seats than active users. Plans start from 3 users; above 40 users a quote is offered. Yearly billing is 18% cheaper than monthly.
