- GTC (2026-07-01) A.7.1: customers may order any Services directly from Matrix42 or through a Channel Partner under a separate agreement with the Channel Partner; fees for such use are payable to the Channel Partner.
- Commercial rules
- Sections A.8 (Fees) and A.9 (Payment and invoicing) do not apply to customers ordering through Channel Partners. Claims other than damages (service credits, refunds) are addressed to the Channel Partner. Where the partner has not agreed to convey the GTCs, they apply directly between the partner and Matrix42 on a back-to-back basis (A.1.2). Support bought from a Channel Partner is governed by that agreement (A.5.1).
