- Reseller Agreement s.2.2: KnowBe4 grants the Reseller the non-exclusive right "to purchase from KnowBe4 and subsequently market and sell the Subscription Services to Customers in the Territory on a per-seat, subscription basis subject to, and in accordance with, the Terms of Service".
- Commercial rules
- Resellers must meet the minimum seat licence, revenue and retention thresholds set in the Partner Portal (s.4.1.3); KnowBe4 may audit and request certification of compliance (s.4.2). Purchases through a Channel Partner follow the payment terms agreed with that partner (ToS s.2.6).
