- Three tiers: Standard, Advanced and Premium, each including the features of the tiers below. On hardware the Standard tier is perpetual and included with the platform; Advanced and Premium are subscriptions (perpetual Advanced/Premium SKUs also exist for EX, MX and MX-SPC3). On virtual, cloud and standalone software every tier is a subscription. Moving between tiers is a new purchase; moving from legacy SKUs to Flex happens only at subscription renewal.
